Photography of important moments during a project, such as a groundbreaking ceremony, ribbon cutting, major construction milestones, or key announcements. These images can be used for marketing, press releases, social media, and company records.

Regular photography that shows how a project is progressing over time. For example, I might photograph a construction site every month or at specific phases so the client has a visual record from start to finish.

Drone photography or elevated photography that shows the entire property, construction site, or surrounding area. This is useful for showing scale, location, layout, and overall progress.

Photography of the people doing the work and the day-to-day operations. This can include employees, tradespeople, equipment, behind-the-scenes activity, safety procedures, and the processes that make the project happen. It's often useful for company websites, recruitment, marketing, and internal communications.

Professional photography taken after the project is finished. This showcases the completed building, space, or development and is typically used for portfolios, advertising, websites, publications, proposals, and social media.

Photography of company gatherings and business events, such as employee celebrations, conferences, meetings, award ceremonies, holiday parties, and corporate functions. “Internal use” means the photographs may primarily be used by the company for employee communications, newsletters, presentations, records, or internal marketing.
